regular delivery and $25.00
USD for Priority International

order. We use FedEx and
it is a $30.00 shipping

is Shipping and Handling?

fee is $4.99 USD for Domestic
shipments. For Domestic
orders over $50.00 the
shipping is FREE (use coupon
code SHIPBUTTONS). We use
the US Postal Service.

the buttons sold individually,
by the pound or set quantities?

buttons are priced individually.
So you can buy 1 or 1000
(or more).
- Do
you offer Trade or Wholesale
Discounts?

I get samples?
----We get many
requests for samples. It
is best to place an order
for 1 of each style you
are interested in. You
may return the samples
for a refund.
- Can
I return the buttons
if they are not what
I expected?
------Yes, you
may return up to one dozen
per style. If you need
a larger quantity and are
uncertain please order
a sample. We will credit
you a full refund but will
not refund postage and
handling. Please include
with return receipt or
order number with contact
info.
- Is
your website secure?
------Yes, we have a secure
website and personally
process all credit cards.
So no third party is involved.

- Do
you have a store? Can
I visit?

very crowded but very cute
design studio in San Diego
that all customers are
welcome to come and visit.

- Do
you have retail hours?
------Well, kind
of. We are usually here
from 9 am until the mid-afternoon
(meaning at least 3 pm).
Since we focus on the internet
part of our business our
hours do vary. If we are
not in, please leave a
message. We are great at
returning phone calls.
- How
are the buttons measured?
-------We use inches.
If you need a size converted
to Lignes or centimeters
please contact us with
style number and size stated
on the website.
- What
if I need a style that
is not on the website?
-----We have about 6000
styles in the studio (about
800 styles on the website).
So call, e-mail or send
a photo or button to us.
We might have that special
style in the studio.
